Its room was modern and huge, provided with a couch, strong WiFi plus Smart TV. The bathroom included a shower, a dryer, and bath sheets. Location was favourable for my trip. The staff was professional and amiable.

During our recent stay at the Nicol Hotel Bedfordview, we had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and the cleaning crew was amazing. We appreciated the ample hangers and storage spaces available, allowing us to stay organized. The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, and other amenities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with a no-contact procedure. Safety was also prioritized, which was reassuring.

We had a positive experience at the Nicol Hotel Bedfordview. While there were a few drawbacks, such as the need for better sound insulation and updated bedding, these did not greatly affect our stay.

We found everything good, would recommend it to others. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Eastgate Shopping Centre.

the location was ideal, as it was close to all the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the bathroom was well-maintained, with both a bath and shower option available. the service provided by the staff was top-notch, with daily room service and fresh towels provided. I also appreciated the complimentary WiFi, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Plus, the view from the apartment was simply breathtaking.

That there was no generator during loadshedding, resulting in a temporary loss of power in the rooms.

The bed of our apartment was exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed its good location near to shopping malls and restaurants, all shops, and center. Staff were very very helpful, facility - GREAT.

Great location, spacious apartment with fantastic view. Cleaners were friendly and polite. Hot water always available even during power cuts. Good value for money.

No in-house accounts set up for Netflix and DSTV channels not working. Heating system not effective, room was exceptionally cold.

the location was perfect, being close to a shopping center and just a short drive from the airport. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. the service was top-notch, with daily housekeeping and friendly staff. the breakfast was delicious, and the view from the room was amazing. the hotel also had great facilities, including free WiFi and emergency lighting during load shedding. It was a pleasant stay in an unfamiliar establishment.

the TV did not have access to normal channels, and I had to log in to my own account.

This place is set in a great location near good restaurants and shopping malls, in an upscale area, and the staff is friendly and professional.

The Nicol was great! The WiFi actually worked and the private parking was a bonus. I loved feeling like a detective trying to find a spot.

Oh, and the mice that greeted me in the room were the perfect cherry on top of my stay. So thoughtful!

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby Observatory Golf Club, just a short distance of 6.3 km away. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to enjoy a day of golfing and come back to relax in the comfortable and spacious apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a self-catering stay, and the beautiful garden and patio were perfect for unwinding after a long day. We would definitely consider coming back for a longer visit.

For dads, it would be great to have thicker and larger towels in the apartment.
